Dr. Jin is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He completed internal medicine residency training at the Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in 2019. He serves as an attending physician at Patient First Urgent Care in Alexandria, Virginia. He received Medical Education Award from ANACP in 2019, and Resident Award in 2018. He won the first place on Poster Presentation Competition at 4th Annual Resident Research Day in 2018. Dr. Jin is the member of Lifestyle Medicine and of Alliance of North American Chinese Physicians (ANACP)
Dr Jin graduated from Zhejiang University School of Medicine, where he received MD and PhD on genetics. Later he completed the Ophthalmology Residency and serves as an eye doctor at the ZJU Eye Center. He volunteered to Tibet to perform free cataract surgeries for the underserved population in 2009.
Dr. Huang is board-certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She serves as an attending physician in Excelsior Intergrated Medical Group in New York USA. She is also the medical director of the primary care division. She is an active member of the American College of Physicians and Association of Chinese American Physicians.
Dr. Huang graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University, where she received a master's degree in medicine. Prior to completing residency, Dr. Huang spent two years in research in the Department of Pathology at the Icahn School of Medine at Mount Sinai. Dr. Huang completed internal medicine training at NYU Langone Health associated with New York University.
Dr. Shi is Board certified in Pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. She is currently an Attending Physician, Academic Pediatrics, at Comer Children’s Hospital of the University of Chicago USA. She completed her residency training in the Department of Pediatrics, Howard University Hospital, Washington, D.C. She is the Founder and Chief Planner of Community Child-Family Healthcare and Chinese Child Medical Home in China. She is the Honor Professors in China-Europe International Hospital Administrative Care and Fujian Provincial Maternity and Child Hospital. In 2011, She initiated the health education website www.chinacmh.com.
Dr. Shi graduated from the West China University of Medical Sciences in 1982, and completed a Master of Medicine in Perinatal Medicine at Chongqing University of Medical Sciences, China
Dr. Jin is currently serving as a chief resident in Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Northwell Health, which is the largest healthcare system in New York State. He is offered a fellowship training position at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in 2020, which is ranked the best cancer center in the USA. He is an active member of the College of American Pathology, US and Canada Academy of Pathology and American Society of Clinical Pathology.
Dr. Jin graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University School of Medicine, where he gained a master's degree in medicine. He received PhD degree at Otago University in New Zealand.
【Eye Specialist】Dr. Zhou serves as a retinal surgeon at BronxCare Health System in New York, USA. She specializes in the medical and surgical management of vitreoretinal diseases, such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal vascular diseases, retinal detachment, macular diseases, retinopathy of prematurity and complex cataract.
Dr. Zhou is a graduate of Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University in Shanghai, China. She then earned her Ph.D. degree in Cell Biology at Wayne State University. Following her ophthalmology residency at BronxCare Health System, Dr. Zhou completed a 2-year Vitreo-Retinal surgery fellowship at the University of Florida at Jacksonville.
【Heart specialist】Dr. Zhao is a cardiology fellow at the University of Iowa, used to serve as a chief resident of internal medicine residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center Midtown Campus USA. She is an active member of American College of Physician, American Heart Association, and American College of Cardiology. Dr. Zhao received her M.D. at China Medical University and her Ph.D. in medical genetics at Peking Union Medical College. Before residency, she finished her postdoctoral training in molecular cardiology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. Her long term career goal is to apply her knowledge in clinical medicine and basic science to influence the outcomes of patients with cardiovascular diseases.
【GI Specialist】Dr. Kong is a current gastrointestinal fellow at Columbia University Irving Medical Center/New York Presbyterian Hospital USA, developing his clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of gastrointestinal and liver diseases. He is board certified in internal medicine. Prior to his current position at Columbia, he received his medical degree from Yangzhou University (MBBS) and Shanghai Jiaotong University (Master), a Ph.D degree in human genetics and immunology from University Pierre and Marie CURIE (UPMC/Paris 6, current Sorbonne University). His experiences in patient care and patient-oriented translational research are extensive; include Ruijin hospital (Shanghai) for six years, Necker Hospital/INSERM (Paris) for one year, the Rockefeller University Hospital (New York) for seven years and Queens Hospital Center (New York) for three years. He discovered several human genetic disorders and published many influential articles in Nature Immunology, Journal of Experimental Medicine and Journal of Hepatology. He is an active blogger, skilled at writing educational essays.
Dr. Zhang is currently a resident in the Department of Pathology at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York USA. He is an active member of the College of American Pathologist and New York Pathological Society.
Dr. Zhang received his medical degree from Zhejiang University School of Medicine and his PhD degree from Yale University prior to residency training. He will be doing fellowship training at Cleveland Clinic.
【Pain Specialist】 Dr. Peng is an anesthesiology resident in Allegheny General Hospital, which is a large urban hospital located in central Pittsburgh and the first hospital in Pennsylvania designated as a level 1 trauma center. She has fully solid hands-on experience in regional anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care, general anesthesia, and acute pain services. She is also currently an active member of the American Board of Anesthesiology and the Association of Chinese American Physicians.
Dr. Peng graduated from Jiangxi Medical College and then finished her anesthesiology residency training in Shanghai. She was fully licensed in China as an anesthesiology physician before she joined the University of Alabama in USA as a researcher and teaching assistant. Afterward, Dr. Peng completed her preliminary internal medicine training in Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, NYC.
【Surgery Specialist】Dr. Xiao is currently the chief Cardiothoracic Surgery fellow at Albert Einstein College of Medicine USA. Dr. Xiao is board certified in Surgery by the American Board of Surgery and will join the Catholic Health in Buffalo NY as an attending cardiothoracic surgeon in July 2019.
Dr. Xiao graduated from Peking University Health Science Center where he received both bachelor and doctoral degrees of medicine. He completed his integrated Cardiac Surgery residency at Peking University First Hospital where Dr. Xiao served as an assistant professor and attending cardiac surgeon afterwards. He was then awarded, by Emory University and Harvard Medical School, a research fellowship for his basic science studies of aortic aneurysm formation mechanism, before he completed his clinical training in the States for Surgery residency at SUNY Buffalo.
Dr. Huang is board eligible with the American Board Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Junior fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology USA. She serves as an attending physician in Advantia OB/GYN Shady Grove in Rockville, Maryland.
Dr. Huang graduated from Capital Medical University, Beijing, China. She got her master's degree from New York Medical College. She spent six years on women ovarian cancer research at Icahn School of Medicine, Mount Sinai, NY. She finished her OB/GYN internship training at Flushing Hospital Medical Center, Flushing, NY. She finished her OB/GYN residency training at Inova Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, VA.
Dr. Zhang received her medical degree from the University of South China. She trained at Cooper University Hospital in New Jersey for her internship and residency. She will continue her fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey USA.
Dr. Xu is currently a resident in the Department of Medicine at Northwell Health in New York USA. He will be working as an attending hospitalist at Northwell Health.

Dr. Lu graduated from Beijing Medical University followed by one year of residency in cardiothoracic surgery, the Third Hospital of Beijing Medical University. He then joined the National University of Singapore for a post-graduate study in molecular biology and genetics. He had a wide research experience in postoperative peritoneal adhesions, coronary artery disease, sepsis, and HIV at the National University Hospital (Singapore), Pittsburgh University, and the University of Minnesota. In addition, he was a Principal Investigator in the treatment of breast cancer with chemopreventive agents at the Department of Defense, USA. Dr. Lu is also certified by the American Board of Surgical Assistants.
Dr. Lu is a Cardiology and Anticoagulation Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Hennepin Healthcare and Clinical Associate Professor for the University of Minnesota, College of Pharmacy. She is an active member of American Heart Association.
Dr. Lu received her Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota in the US and Master of Science at Tongji Medical University in People’s Republic of China. She serves as an editorial board member for multiple publishing companies, a well-known clinical pharmacy speaker and community leader.
